Source details and check notes

Authors: EvolutionaryScale
Version: Retrieved for the candidate pack on 2026-10-30 (SHA-256 ba2099c4859e8a93fe926a43096fbf312f486e94352167322739329a812de489). Post dated 6.25.24 with a January 2025 update note, page as served on 2026-10-30. The page as served in 2026 carries a Tom Sercu byline that the capture of 26 June 2024 lacks; the cross-family check of 2026-10-30 found the date 25 June 2024 in that capture, without the byline, so the author is given as the company. Its wording can change; earlier wording is not authenticated.

Check notes: Candidate pack passage, AI in biology (research/ai-in-biology). The quotation (6 words) matched the text retrieved for the candidate pack on 2026-10-30. Matching ignored differences of whitespace, case, quotation marks, dashes and Unicode compatibility forms, so the source’s typography can differ. A cross-family machine check (2026-10-30, item B41) re-read the record’s sources and found full support. No human editorial review.

Status and meaning

Editorial status. Not reviewed by an editor. An exploratory record that no editor has accepted. This status does not say whether a person has read any linked passage. Each evidence record above shows how it was checked.

Relation. A documented legal form or status at a stated date, for example a Delaware public benefit corporation or a nonprofit corporation. Legal form describes the entity, not how it is governed in practice.

Date. Snapshot at retrieval. The post is dated 25 June 2024, but this sentence is attested only from the page as served on 2026-10-30; the cross-family check did not report it in the capture of 26 June 2024. Biohub's release of 6 November 2025 also calls EvolutionaryScale "a frontier AI research lab and public benefit company".
