Version: Retrieved for the candidate pack on 2026-10-28 (SHA-256 1a993c3440862bb1f2157560f56f5df305cbf48be9346370ebd9be533d635d93). Press release page as served on 2026-10-28; dated "September 24, 2025 (Texas, September 23, 2025)" and attributed to OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank Group Corp. OpenAI's own post (openai.com/index/five-new-stargate-sites/) refused retrieval; the cross-family checker should open it or its capture and compare. Check notes: Candidate pack passage, compute, power and orbit (research/compute-power-orbit). The quotation (14 words) matched the text retrieved for the candidate pack on 2026-10-28 and again at admission on 2026-10-30, in a fresh retrieval (SHA-256 a3d77f8db28800481eac9625ed0caf759b0f12015cf3b6f9f139cd330cc28292; the bytes differ from the pack’s retrieval). Matching ignored differences of whitespace, case, quotation marks, dashes and Unicode compatibility forms, so the source’s typography can differ. No human editorial review.
