Scope and limitsArticle 87 applies Directive (EU) 2019/1937 to the reporting of infringements of this Regulation and the protection of reporting persons; the protections are set by that Directive, which is not read here. Article 89(2) gives downstream providers a right to lodge a complaint, a complaint mechanism that does not meet the criterion. Partly because the protection is applied by reference to another law, not stated in this Regulation. Search for the rest of the criterion: Articles 85 to 94; Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 Article 1.
