Date: Date unknown

Scope and limitsThe record rests on reporting: a contemporaneous column republished by Huxiu and a later republished commentary. No Baichuan text naming him as co-founder was retrieved. 36Kr’s republished commentary lists its sources only in general terms (Baichuan’s official releases and statements, public evaluation data, public talks, interviews with several unnamed people familiar with the matter, and Wang Xiaochuan’s public remarks) and does not attribute each item of its timeline.

Rests on reportingNo primary source supports this record; its supporting passages come from reporting.
