Reasoning and premisesPremises: the model-card question asks for the following. A named government body (for example, the US AI Safety Institute or Center for AI Standards and Innovation, or the UK AI Safety or Security Institute) stated to have tested, evaluated or received access to the model, quoted. Partly if government testing is mentioned without naming the body. The inspected scope of Gemini 4 Argon — Model Card was: Whole card. Terms searched: “institute”, “AISI”, “CAISI”, “government”, “UK”, “U.S.”, “external”. Passages read and not counted: Safety & Security, 'Frontier Safety Assessment', PDF p. 11 (printed p. 10): 'external results' names no body (recorded under Q13). The conclusion is bounded by that scope and method.
