Reasoning and premisesPremises: the model-card question asks for the following. A named government body (for example, the US AI Safety Institute or Center for AI Standards and Innovation, or the UK AI Safety or Security Institute) stated to have tested, evaluated or received access to the model, quoted. Partly if government testing is mentioned without naming the body. The inspected scope of Model Card: Grok 4.7 was: Whole card, including references and acknowledgements. Terms searched: “institute”, “AISI”, “CAISI”, “government”, “UK”, “U.S.”. Passages read and not counted: References, item 5, PDF p. 29 (printed p. 28): 'Stanford & Laude Institute' are named as benchmark authors, not a government body. The conclusion is bounded by that scope and method.
