Check notes: Candidate pack passage, lab genealogy 2 (research/lab-genealogy-2). The paraphrase’s verbatim anchor “Hoffmann distinguished himself as an AI pioneer at Inflection and DeepMind” matched the retrieved text on 2026-10-29 and again in a fresh retrieval. Read directly from the publisher. Matching ignored differences of whitespace, case, quotation marks, apostrophes, dashes and Unicode compatibility forms, so the source’s typography can differ. The paraphrase is Selekoa’s; only the anchor is the source’s wording. No human editorial review.
