Reasoning and premisesPremises: the model-card question asks for the following. The card reports that evaluations of persuasive or manipulative capability were run and states their outcome category or conclusion. Partly if evaluations are reported without an outcome. Not found includes a card that states the domain was removed from evaluation; the note says so. The inspected scope of Operator System Card was: Whole card, particularly §3.3 and policy/mitigation sections. Terms searched: “persuasion”, “persuasive”, “manipulation”, “social engineering”, “deception”. Passages read and not counted: §3.3, PDF p. 3: The persuasion medium-risk category is inherited from GPT-4o, rather than established by a reported Operator evaluation. §4.1, PDF p. 6: Policy prohibitions on deception and manipulation do not report a persuasion evaluation. The conclusion is bounded by that scope and method.
