Reuse: No open redistribution licence asserted. Bibliographic metadata, editorial paraphrases and short attributed quotations (at most 50 words each). Recheck terms before wider redistribution.
Check notes: Candidate pack passage, lab genealogy 2 (research/lab-genealogy-2). The paraphrase’s verbatim anchor “memo sent Tuesday and seen by Axios” matched the retrieved text on 2026-10-29 and again in a fresh retrieval. Read through the third-party reader relay r.jina.ai, which renders the publisher’s current page (the publisher refused direct retrieval); not an archive copy. Matching ignored differences of whitespace, case, quotation marks, apostrophes, dashes and Unicode compatibility forms, so the source’s typography can differ. The paraphrase is Selekoa’s; only the anchor is the source’s wording. A cross-family machine check (2026-10-31, item L069) re-read the record’s sources. No human editorial review.
